Our Inspection PLUS service is designed with one purpose: catch every defect before it leaves China. If our iPhone macro photos or video walkthroughs reveal quality issues, we handle the return and refund with the 1688 supplier at zero cost to you — no trans-Pacific return shipping, no drama.

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

You may cancel any order for a full refund of the product cost at any point before the goods arrive at our China consolidation hub. The 5% service fee is non-refundable after supplier ordering is initiated, as it covers work already performed.

2. Defects Caught During Inspection

If our inspection team identifies defects, you have three options:

  • Approve as-is — if the issue is cosmetic and acceptable to you
  • Supplier replacement — we negotiate a replacement at no extra service fee (typically 3–7 days)
  • Full product refund — we return to supplier and refund the product cost in full

3. International Returns (Post-Shipment)

Due to the high cost of trans-Pacific return shipping from the US back to China, we do not accept returns once goods have left our China hub. This is the exact reason we provide ultra-HD macro photo and video proof for your approval before dispatch — so you only approve what you're genuinely satisfied with.

This policy protects both parties from the financial and environmental waste of unnecessary international returns.

4. Shipping Damage Claims

If items arrive damaged at your door in California, Florida, Texas, New York, or elsewhere in the US due to carrier mishandling, we will assist you in filing a claim with DHL, FedEx, or Matson at no additional charge. Please document damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Payment constitutes a binding order agreement. By completing checkout, the client explicitly acknowledges and accepts the terms of this policy, including the no-return rule for shipped goods (§3).

Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for a shipment that has been explicitly authorized via the order portal — including both required approval checkboxes — constitutes a breach of this agreement. In such cases, LashPlus Corporation Limited reserves the right to:

  • Submit the timestamped digital authorization record (including device, browser, and approval time) to the payment processor as evidence of authorization
  • Refuse future service and cancel any pending orders
  • Pursue recovery of documented costs, including shipping and service fees already incurred

We take fraud prevention seriously and maintain a complete audit trail for every order authorization. Legitimate disputes (e.g., carrier damage, non-delivery) are always handled promptly — see §4 above.
