Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

LashPlus Sourcing acts as your professional agency in China for sourcing from 1688, Taobao, and Xianyu. We represent salon owners and beauty brands in California, Texas, New York, Florida, and across the USA to navigate the Chinese supply chain — handling supplier communication, translation, ordering, quality inspection, and logistics coordination on your behalf.

2. Service Fee

A transparent 5% service fee is charged on the total product cost. This fee covers:

• Supplier sourcing, vetting, and communication
• Payment processing on Chinese platforms
• Our signature Inspection PLUS service (macro photography + video walkthrough before any international dispatch)
• Documentation preparation and customs support

Shipping costs are billed separately and disclosed upfront after inspection.

3. Role of LashPlus Sourcing

We are not the manufacturer of any product sourced through our platform. Our role is to provide "Your Eyes in China" — using iPhone 13 Pro macro photography and calibrated lighting to verify product quality, color accuracy, label integrity, and packaging condition before international dispatch.

We act as an independent intermediary. Original product quality responsibility lies with the Chinese supplier on 1688, Taobao, or Xianyu. We will, however, negotiate replacements or refunds with suppliers on your behalf at no extra charge when defects are identified during inspection.

4. Client Accountability

By approving the Inspection Report (photos and/or video provided in your dashboard or via WhatsApp), the client authorizes the final international shipment. Once approval is confirmed, LashPlus Sourcing proceeds with packing and dispatch and cannot interrupt the logistics chain.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their business complies with applicable US import regulations. LashPlus Sourcing provides documentation support but does not provide legal or customs brokerage advice.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via WhatsApp or email. LashPlus Corporation Limited is registered in Hong Kong, and this agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
