The first 24–48 hours
The adhesive is still curing, so the rules are simple: keep lashes dry, avoid steam and heat, no oil-based products near the eyes, and no rubbing. A clear, friendly aftercare card (in your branding) makes the rules stick — and quietly markets you every time she reads it.
Daily care — cleansing is everything
The biggest myth is that lashes shouldn't be washed. The opposite is true: clean lashes retain better. Send her home with a lash shampoo or foam cleanser and a soft cleansing brush, and show her how to cleanse and dry with a spoolie or lash wand. A clean lash line means fewer infections, better retention, and a client who looks good long enough to refer you.
